I am writing to share an important update regarding my clinical practice. Effective June 1, 2026, I will be transitioning from my current position and beginning a new role at My Way Pediatrics, located at:

It has been a true privilege and honor to care for your child(ren) and to be a part of your family’s healthcare journey. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over time, and it has brought me immense satisfaction to support your children’s growth, health, and well-being.

Please know that Family First Pediatric Care will continue to operate without interruption. Your child(ren) may continue receiving care there with the remaining provider, Dr. Jorge L. Alsina, who remains committed to providing high-quality pediatric care.

If you would prefer to continue care with me, I would be delighted to welcome your family to my new practice at My Way Pediatrics. To establish care or obtain additional information, please contact the new office directly at (754) 348-3899.

For continuity of care, you may request that your child’s medical records be transferred to the provider of your choice. Our office staff can assist you with this process in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Thank you again for allowing me to be part of your child’s care. It has been an absolute pleasure serving your family, and I sincerely hope to continue that relationship in my new practice.
